About Joshua Kashanirokh
Joshua Kashanirokh, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant who works in close collaboration with Dr. Forouzesh to deliver comprehensive rheumatologic care at Arthritis Care of Los Angeles. As an integral member of the clinical team, Joshua helps ensure that every patient receives timely evaluations, consistent follow-up, and seamless coordination across both office locations.
Joshua brings hands-on expertise in disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs), biologic infusion therapies, JAK inhibitors, and corticosteroid joint injections. He is skilled in ordering and interpreting rheumatologic labs, monitoring treatment efficacy and side effects, and adjusting medication regimens under Dr. Forouzesh's guidance to achieve optimal disease control.
Known for his compassionate bedside manner, Joshua takes the time to educate patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, and long-term management strategies in clear, patient-friendly language. He believes that informed patients are empowered patients and works to build trust and confidence at every visit.
Joshua earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCLA. He is nationally certified by the NCCPA and is an active member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the California Academy of Physician Assistants.
